How do you hire your staff?

We have a very through screening process which begins with the application process. We do not consider anyone unless they have done this type of work for a minimum of one year paid employment, have a consistent employment record (no job hoppers), where we can get positive feedback on their performance. We require all employees to have a clean DMV driving record, ability to have a clean drug test, and we do a criminal background check. They must meet all other standards of employment set forth in our job description. We are very careful who we hire and have an excellent reputation which we want to keep.

What if I don't really know what I need?

One of our representatives will make a home visit and go over different options with you as well as give you different referral sources in the community who may help pay for our services. This service is free and you are under no obligation to continue further.

Do I have to make a commitment of time for your services?

We need 24 hours notice to cancel services. You are under no commitment for anything else. Depending on where you live there is a minimum of 2 to 4 hours at a time but you may cancel or change your hours at any time.
